Our Mission
The mission of the Au Sable Big Water Preservation Association is to conserve and watch over the reach of river from Mio Dam to Alcona Pond and support the best interests of the entire Au Sable River system.

Davis Landing Project 2011
The Challenge Chapter of Trout Unlimited has designed a sophisticated and extensive restoration to Davis Landing - an historic access site about halfway between Comins and McKinley. The ASBWPA, along with Mason-Griffith Founders TU, The Perrin-Lansing Chapter of TU, and the Forest Service, helped in the completion. This will be one of the biggest restoration projects ever on the Big Water.
